Nedbank launched the Nedbank Money app in November 2017, and in November 2022, they were nearing a strategic milestone of 2 million digitally active users.
How could we help Nedbank achieve this #2Million milestone? And, keep motivation up internally for their broader Digital First strategy?
Through this internal communications campaign we reached the ‘2 million digitally active app users’ milestone by December, and went much further, generating 200 657 ‘digital’ engagements across multiple internal channels. A record number of 6000 Nedbankers watched the live event on Teams. Nedbankers played the digital Scratch and Win game over 15 000 times.
This campaign was also awarded ‘Finalist with Special Commendation’ in The Marketing Achievement Awards 2024.
